Cleaner questions
Am I a TapaClean employee?
No. You work as an independent business: you choose your jobs and hours, and you can work with other clients and platforms.
Who brings the supplies?
You bring your own tools and products unless a booking says otherwise.
What if a client reports a problem?
You can respond with your side and come back to fix missed items for free. We review the checklist, photos and GPS before deciding.
What about taxes?
You're responsible for your own taxes. You may receive a tax form (such as a 1099) for your payouts.
