Questions and answers
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Premium adds deep detail and includes the inside of the oven and fridge and interior windows. You see the full checklist before you book.
How is the price set?
By size, rooms, baths, condition and extras. Evenings and weekends cost 12% more; recurring plans save up to 15% once you complete your first month of cleanings.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent professionals we verify: identity, criminal background and work authorization. You see their ratings before you choose.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can use a smart lock, a temporary code, a lockbox or the front desk. The code is only visible to your cleaner during the job.
What if something isn't right?
Report it in the app within 24 hours (48 h for damage). Your cleaner can come back to fix it for free within 3 days; otherwise we review the evidence and refund when it's warranted.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before. After that, 25% of the price is charged to compensate the cleaner.
Who brings the supplies?
Your cleaner brings their own tools and products unless the booking says otherwise. If you'd rather they use yours, say so in the notes.
Should I tip?
It's optional. If you tip in the app, 100% goes to your cleaner.
